1. Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number approximately 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Make sure to check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

2. When will my purchase be shipped?

Items that are in stock and ready to ship are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to almost every country, including the most popular regions: Australia, China, Brazil, the USA, EU countries, and Africa. Our shipping covers 170 countries worldwide, making DEMARRO accessible to customers across the globe.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location. Domestic shipments are usually faster, while international shipments may vary. Approximate delivery times for popular regions are:
EU countries — 5 to 7 business days

USA — 8 to 10 business days

Brazil — 10 to 13 business days

China — 15 to 20 business days

Australia — 20 to 22 business days

Africa — 15 to 20 business days

Please note that in some remote areas, delivery may take longer than the typical timeframe listed above.

5. How do I know what size to order?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page for t-shirts, hoodies, and joggers. We recommend choosing your usual size, or sizing down for a slightly slimmer fit, as our clothing tends to be slightly looser than average.

6. Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it is placed?

If you ordered the wrong item or entered the wrong address, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can make changes.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent. If this happens, please email us at [your email] and we will make the refund process as smooth as possible.

Important: Make sure to select the correct size when ordering, as we generally cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes. Final sale items cannot be returned.
